Apprenticeships - Level 3
Wednesday October 1, 2008 * These are initial preliminary suggested dates
and can be modified depending upon students schedules and needs. Students
are not required to attend all Flower Essence Circles. In all cases,
the materials and suggested essences will be provided. _____ In this culmination of my apprenticeship programs, Nine Faces of the Goddess, we will focus on the myths, soul-uplifting qualities and flower essences and gems to support the higher virtues of nine spirited goddess of widespread origin: In no special order they are (1) Lakshmi, Hindu Goddess of Prosperity; (2) Kali, Hindu Goddess of Destruction and Redeemer of the Universe; (3) Athena, Greek Goddess of Wisdom, Craftsmanship and Victory in War; (4) Aphrodite, Greek Goddess of Love and Beauty; (5) Yemaja, Yoruba Orisha of Flow, the Ocean and the essence of Motherhood; (6) Isis; Egyptian Goddess of Mystery and the Moon; (7) Inanna, Sumerian Queen of Heaven and Rebirth; (8) Tara, Tibetan, Mother of Compassion with 21 major forms; (9) Sophia, Judaic Goddess of Wisdom.
Of course, many of the divine qualities of the Goddess overlap as SHE is THE DEVINE MOTHER in many forms. We will focus on the main qualities we wish to cultivate from the legends, attributes and traditions of these diversely manifesting Divine Beings.
We will meet in our traditional Circle for nine months, one Wednesday evening from 6:30-8pm, as ever, each month from October through June. More than before we will focus on ritual and ceremony within our Circle and creating essence formulas to epitomize the natures of the goddesses of our focus. As ever, each participant is entitled to our monthly sacred Circle and one individual session….. to support embodiment the goddess. We may also take 15 minutes during each Circle, depending on your needs, to discuss questions you may have with regard to your work with your own clients and/or how to set up your private practices. You are encouraged to follow through with 2 case studies of at least three months each during the nine month (pregnancy) program of Apprenticeship Three….IT’S A GIRL!!!!!!
The purpose of this Apprenticeship Program is to put us in touch with and enable us to activate and manifest, especially using intention, affirmation, and flower & gem elixirs, our divine feminine Selves as much as possible and to acquaint ourselves with these exquisite myths and origins of the ancient and eternal mystery Creatrixes.
